Curriculum

I am trained as a Systemic Family Therapist and Counsellor and hold an MSc granted by the Bedfordshire University professional qualification recognised by http://www.psychotherapy.org.uk/, AFT http://www.aft.org.uk/, and the Counselling and Psychotherapy Central Awarding Body (CPCAB) and Oxford Cambridge Certificate and Diploma in Therapeutic Counselling.
 working in a Systemic practice (MSc) with the University of Bedfordshire and KCC  Systemic practice school in London .
I work with individuals, families and couples. in a short medium or long term treatment, depending on individual needs. I have trained in Solution Focus therapy (SFT), Brief Therapy http://www.brieftherapy.org.uk/ and Cognitive Analytical Therapy (CAT). I hold a British Psychotherapy Master and Counselling qualification recognized by BACP  www.bacp.co.uk/  I also hold  a PG/Dip in housing studies granted by South Bank University.

I have more than 23 years experience of working in the voluntary and public sector, some of this experience have been invested in developing talking therapies, training events and workshops for different communities in London such as www.systemicgathering.org/ http://www.lawrs.org.uk/ or at the Friends of KCC. I have also worked as an honorary therapist for the NHS in Hackney at the Homerton hospital and CAMHS Family Therapy Service in Islington, and I am currently working at Oxleas NHS Foundation Trust. At present I am providing supervision to LAWRS 's casework to meet quality standards and developing my private practice in East Dulwich, London.

I can also work fluently in other languages such as Spanish.

I have many years of experience in dealing with families and single people living in distress. I have dealt with hundreds of single people and families while working in the voluntary sector for Shelter www.shelter.org.uk/ assisting families and single people when facing homeless, domestic violence, relationship breakdown, children in need issues, addictions, depression, etc. I have good relationship with RELATE http://www.relate.org.uk/ and SANE http://www.sane.org.uk/.
I have a member certificate from the Psychologist Protection Society (BPS)
